Good opportunity for those who want to have an MSP experienceThe good things- You will learn a lot
- Most of the shifts are weekends off
- Free Certifications every quarter
- No work during US holidays
- Provides workstation and additional allowance during wfh
- In the past, they provide free meal during when we were in the office
- Pantry has a supply of free snacks daily when we were in the office
The challenges- Installs a software that takes periodical screenshots during work from home
- Benefits other than the certifications are just the standard ones. Leave, night differential etc.
- The process for most of the accounts/clients is not solid
- Very stressful because of the reason above
- Management is not that good. Also, I've received a lot of complains from my colleagues about the CEO micromanaging things. Plus he's not great to talk with and might come out as cocky.
