Work-Life Balance, Supportive Management, and Great Career Growth
The good thingsOne of the most remarkable aspects of Expand Force is its unwavering commitment to maintaining an excellent work-life balance for its employees. This balance has significantly contributed to my overall job satisfaction and well-being. I have consistently been able to manage my work responsibilities without sacrificing valuable time with my family and pursuing personal interests. The management team sets a shining example of what it means to be approachable and understanding. From day one, I have felt comfortable reaching out to my managers with questions, concerns, or even ideas. The company offers a opportunities for professional growth, including training and certifications, mentorship programs, and clear pathways for advancement.
The challengesWorking night shifts and dealing with international clients can present both challenges and opportunities.

Good opportunity for those who want to have an MSP experience
The good things- You will learn a lot - Most of the shifts are weekends off - Free Certifications every quarter - No work during US holidays - Provides workstation and additional allowance during wfh - In the past, they provide free meal during when we were in the office - Pantry has a supply of free snacks daily when we were in the office
The challenges- Installs a software that takes periodical screenshots during work from home - Benefits other than the certifications are just the standard ones. Leave, night differential etc. - The process for most of the accounts/clients is not solid - Very stressful because of the reason above - Management is not that good. Also, I've received a lot of complains from my colleagues about the CEO micromanaging things. Plus he's not great to talk with and might come out as cocky.

People Oriented! There were no "BOSS/ES" only LEADERS!
The good things- Providing Training, Exams, and Certifications - Prioritizing the safety of its employees while keeping the business continuity (work from home set up)
The challengesKeeping up with the day-to-day challenge to improve yourself every day. The only person you have to beat here is who you are yesterday!
