    GHOST APPLICATION Lack of communication during the hiring process.
    The good thingsThe company is well-known in the optical industry and has multiple branches nationwide, which shows stability and continuous growth.
    The challengesThe application process can be very frustrating. After completing the requirements and waiting, there is no clear communication or update from the recruitment team. It feels like a “ghost application” where candidates are left hanging without feedback. This makes the hiring process unprofessional and discouraging.

    The good thingsA christian owned company whose main concern is your spiritual being. They have bible study and values formation. Very kind owners. Department heads are approchable and kinds as well. Friendly people . You will gain friends in every department. Pressure is there in every wok place but having a manager that is helpful will lessen the stress.
    The challengesThe sad thing though, if you are college undergrad or just highschool grad, there is no room for career growth. Regularization is for college grad only. No vl or sl for rank and file employee under agency. Good training ground but even if you have the skills, they wont recognize it if you are under grad. Perks are for department heads and doctors only.

    The good thingsI enjoy working here because it will molds you not only to become a good customer care service officer but also to become a God fearing person because they conduct values formation once every week. Also they give incentives and commissions.
    The challengesThe things that I do not really want in this company is the salary deductions. Because all the variances that might find out by the audit will be paid by the employees that will really result to a large salary deductions every after the audit visited the branch.
