Regrettable. Get the experience and move out. Not much reason to stay unless you have many friends.
The good thingsThere are handful of nice people
The challengesPoor management style from top to bottom. Low employee motivation. Last summer vacation was 2018. They were ok until there was a change in management in 2019. Benefits are being cut without prior notice including bonuses, increase and other benefits. No trainings are provided. No advancement in opportunities except if you are close with the management. No clear plans and objective. Sad to say.

The challengesHigh turnover Lack of specificity or measurable goals from the manager and the company. HR is always silent on company malpractices Lack of experience from higher ups. Nothing to lear
