    The good thingsThe company is great. Great in politics.
    The challengesTop level Management has no other job than making sure they dress well and cary branded bags. No goals set. No trainings. You work and go home.

    Regrettable. Get the experience and move out. Not much reason to stay unless you have many friends.
    The good thingsThere are handful of nice people
    The challengesPoor management style from top to bottom. Low employee motivation. Last summer vacation was 2018. They were ok until there was a change in management in 2019. Benefits are being cut without prior notice including bonuses, increase and other benefits. No trainings are provided. No advancement in opportunities except if you are close with the management. No clear plans and objective. Sad to say.

    The good thingsThe company is very generous and humane.! They are very sensitive to our needs and never fail to check up on us once in a while.

    Great Company
    The good thingsEverlounge has been a great company since I joined them. From the HR staff who are actually very accommodating in processing my application up to the managers of different teams who continuously give support and trust that you can help them in their needs; they used to pull up employees rather than pushing to the limits to achieve company's goals and objectives.
    The challengesAt first, I was a bit worried since I will be working again with different cultures as one of the challenges I used to face whenever working with a team with expatriates. But, Everlounge gave me a different feeling towards working with them. All of them are very approachable and friendly even you are not directly working with them on project; whenever they see you in the lobby they 'll greet you with a nice smile as if you've been together for a long time. I must say - this is not a company but a HOME.

    The challengesIt's sometimes hard to make a request to other departments and while I haven't experienced it yet, I noticed that some service providers are difficult to deal with...

    The good thingsEverlounge treats their employees like a family. The people here are so friendly and very dependable. The bosses are really cool and what I like the most about working here is that they listen to your ideas
