    A good place to work if you met a set of good leaders and support team.
    The good thingsWith good leadership Team, individual career growth is attainable.
    The challengesEvery program has different sets of Leadership Team, Support Team and management strategy. Having a Leadership/Support Team that does not give you an equal opportunity or treating you always as the bottom performer. Making you feel that everything you do is wrong, that you can never make it to the top.
