    The challengesEvery program has different sets of Leadership Team, Support Team and management strategy. Having a Leadership/Support Team that does not give you an equal opportunity or treating you always as the bottom performer. Making you feel that everything you do is wrong, that you can never make it to the top.

    The good thingsStart up company so I was looking forward to get in and grow with the company.
    The challengesI hope you work on your recruitment process - particularly the candidate experience. I applied for a certain position, had the initial interview and was told that they’ll send me a form via email for me to accomplish and that I’ll be interviewed. One week passed and I didn’t hear anything. I did follow up via SMS but no one got in touch. Few weeks later I got an SMS from the same number that reached out to me asking if I’m still excited about working with them and they were referring to a role where my background/skills are not appropriate. Please make sure that you do quality recruitment process. A regret letter/honest feedback would be good than ghosting your applicant and leaving them with false words.
