    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at EV Academy appreciate the provided curriculum and comfortable working environment, as well as having friendly and supportive co-workers. They value the experience of working with students from diverse backgrounds, and native speakers receive the benefit of free lunch.

However, some potential challenges include varied student levels within classes, a perception that management favours certain nationalities, dissatisfaction with the quality of provided lunch at times, and a feeling that native speakers are underpaid compared to Korean staff and investors.

I taught English language to different foreigners and it was fun.
The good thingsI can give only two good things about my experience here. Firstly, I had a very friendly co-workers. We help each other to complete a task and support each other everytime we need it. Secondly, I had the chance to meet and handle students with different personalities, culture, and beliefs. It's kinda challenging to me. This kind of experience helps me to practice on how to manage people which is related to my degree course.
The challengesThere were many challenges that I have encountered such as students, management, colleagues, distance, tasks.

The good thingsFree lunch for Native Speaker
The challengesLike most ESL schools, it can be difficult to work with management as they only favor Koreans being a Korean school. Lunch is usually spicy & not always delicious. Salary is average as they feel that Native Speakers are overpaid to begin with, whereas they make a minimum of 2x what the Native earns though owners/investors are 4-5x more.
