Complicated to be a regular employee here!
The good thingsThey are cooperative, responsible, and kind employees.
The challengesThe shift is mixed-up that it can rumble your sleeping pattern. The salary is not balanced. Gaining friends and NOT performance is the way to be a regular employee.

There are so many things to learn if willing to.
The good thingsI worked with a team that most of the time help each other and also understands if you were not able to finish all of the task assigned to you. Also, I met people with different personalities, and I realized that we have struggle we face each day and this can contribute to how they act in workplace. Qualities of respect and patience for each other can last you in a workplace such as this.
The challengesOne thing the company should do is to have a team building at least once a year for each department. This will help the employees interact with one another, in doing so, it will create a bond to know each other outside the workplace. This will give the confidence working with each other and to start anew, refreshed and ready to face the challenges at workplace.

    Perfect training ground
The good thingsEverything. I enjoyed working with my fellow analysts while we both learn. Everyday is something to look forward to because of the continuous learning and discovery of all your hidden potentials which becomes interesting as you grow with your career.
The challengesThe never ending work load that would most often lead you to too much exhaustion, moreover, the frequent overtime work that sets you apart to live the right work and life balance. Nevertheless it is still the perfect stepping stone if you want to pursue a career abroad.

    Chemistry on the go!
The good thingsI was able to do all chemical analyses we studied in college and was able to apply those for quality control and quality assurance. I was able to witness the application of the principles of chemistry in real life.
The challengesAll analysts were given different tasks each day with different samples from raw mats, in-process, finished products and retention samples. In-process samples are time bound and delays result to a \"memo\". And those memo are basis for bonus or incentives.

The good thingsThe experience, the training they conduct and the benefits. They give gifts from UNION (organization). they have financial assistance for employees, i. e. educational, bereavement and calamity.
The challengesthe challenge is that they are a manufacturing company hence, they operates 24/7. due to deadlines at times, we always render overtime. and we only have 1 (one) rest day.
