Di ka tatanungin kung sino pwede mag OT, kung pwede ka ba mag OT, wala. Required ka mag OT. Planado na yon sa schedule ng trabaho mo. Leaves? Sus, magpaalam ka 4 buwan bago yung araw ng leave mo. Magsabi ka kahit isang buwan bago leave mo, magsabi ka kahit 2 weeks bago yung leave mo, rejected yan. Baket? Ewan ko din bakit.
