    The good thingsIt's fun to work at Enfra. The employees are professional and very welcoming up to the utility personnel. My favorite is ate Maria. She is very nice. The working environment is very positive. You'll look forward to going to work each day. You'll surely enjoy your stay here. Come, join us!
    The challengesChallenges are subjective, but I guess, the challenge for me is the elevator just like any other BPO office building naman, diba? But it's tolerable as they are fixing it already.

    The good thingsMy Job always gives me intellectual challenges.A job that interests me and inspires me to learn. My colleague are all supportive and Enfra is a diverse community where you can have your own idendity.

    Overall, the beginning of the experience was quite a wild journey which will be a lot better and a lot more stable once you get used to it as long as you do your job properly.
    The good thingsYou will have a work life balance as we have a fixed schedule in our account, workplace is comfortable enough to focus on your task, and a much easier task to handle in comparison with other BPO company's job descriptions, in addition to a lot of new things to learn being provided with task more than what the account itself can provide.
    The challengesA lot of changes in the system may happen from time to time so adaptability and flexibility is one of the key factors that is a must.

    I'm having a good time working here!
    The good thingsThere are many things I love about this company. Number one is that you can file a leave easily, no excuses and a lot of reason, just state your leave, they'll approve it. The working environment is also welcoming. I'm having a harmonious relationship with my bosses and colleagues. The attrition rate is low and many employees are tenured so you know that a lot of employees are staying here for long.

    The good thingsOverall, the people and the working environment made me stay up until today. I've been working here since 2019. The account I'm handling is easy compare to the different account than the other BPOs are offering. The pay is always on time.

    The good thingsWorking here is a privilege. You got a change to work and having social life balance at the same time. Task is not that hard but of course, being focus is a must at all cost.

    The good thingsStress less environment, they appreciate associates. Fix weekend day offs. Having good client is a plus.
    The challengesEPS is not good in evaluating employees performance/attendance. Employee should enjoy once a month leave credit without deducting in EPS because there's already deduction in Salary. The Management needs to change/improve EPS policy.

    Don't be fooled by the high rating of the company.
    The good thingsOn-time pay. That's it.
    The challengesPoint system. Workplace. Toxic employees- so unprofessional. Workplace? NOT VENTILATED! It's like underground parking. No growth in this company. Great if you just want to have work experience. Don't stay longer than 1 year. They give out the final pay after 3 months. You have to remind them every week and they don't respond.

    The challengesThis isn`t an office. It`s a FIREPLACE. Too hot, no aircon, only fan. POOR VENTILATION. No mineral/distilled water, only tap water.
