The good thingsHonestly my work experience here is not so stressful, like in other company, but as a mother I need a job that has a Career Growth, because i work here as a contractual only I dont have any benefits from the agency only my monthly salary , so I decided to find a job that can fulfill my needs and wants , and also I want to learn and experience new things.
The challengesHonestly there is no challenging for me work here, i think the challenging for me is how to be a regular employee because in the government you need to pass the civil service examination , even you work so hard so like what i said i need a job that maybe there's a chance to be regular employee.
