    The good thingsI’ve had a truly great experience working with Enables Group. The best part, by far, is how seamless and efficient the entire process is from hiring all the way through onboarding. Everything is structured, organized, and thoughtfully executed, which makes the transition incredibly smooth. The TA team is especially impressive. They are friendly, approachable, and genuinely easy to talk to. They communicate clearly, set the right expectations from the start, and make sure you feel supported throughout the process. There’s no confusion or guesswork just transparency and professionalism. The onboarding process itself is just as smooth. It’s well-coordinated and ensures you feel prepared and confident stepping into your role.
    The challengesOne area they are currently working on improving is employee engagement and training opportunities. It’s encouraging to see that they recognize this and are actively taking steps to enhance the overall employee experience.

    A positive work environment with kind people, flexible setup, and a smooth hiring process.
    The good thingsI highly recommend this company, starting with how smooth and well-organized the interview process was. The recruiters were kind and transparent. The client I was assigned to is also very pleasant and easy to work with. One of the biggest advantages is the AU time work schedule, which really helps maintain a healthy work-life balance. Our manager is extremely supportive and approachable, making it easy to open up about any work-related concerns. The hybrid setup adds flexibility, and the random free food is a nice bonus that makes it even better.

    The good thingsWhen my client ended his contract, the company didn’t leave me hanging. They helped me find another client, which I really appreciated. It made me feel supported during a time that could’ve been stressful. The people here are genuinely warm and welcoming, and the hybrid setup gives a nice balance between productivity and flexibility.
    The challengesSome of my friends who are in a similar situation are still awaiting updates on their employment status. I hope the company can enhance its internal mobility efforts and prioritize existing employees when filling roles, as this would reinforce trust and retention.

    The good thingsWhat I’ve enjoyed most is the work–life balance and autonomy. There are genuine opportunities to step into leadership and ownership, even at relatively early stages, and you’re trusted to manage your work without micromanagement. Flexible work arrangements are supported, and the culture respects outcomes over face time. The 6:00am–3:00pm shift suits an Australian work culture and allows for personal time in the afternoon, which I personally appreciate.
    The challengesTotal rewards and benefits could be strengthened further. While compensation is above market compared to both local and BPO industries, elements of the benefits package (i.e HMO and medical coverage, conversion-related incentives, and bonus structures) could be enhanced to better match the level of responsibility and performance expected. The role is also highly client-facing. The company provides support and opportunities to build confidence and capability in client-facing work over time.
