I had a positive experience with a supportive team, despite the heavy workload and high quotas.
The good thingsThe working environment, colleagues, supervisors, and managers are all very kind, supportive, and understanding, which makes the workload much more manageable. The quarterly themed days help employees unwind and relieve stress, and it’s clear that the company genuinely cares about its people. I truly enjoyed my time working here.
The challengesThe main challenges are the higher quotas, heavy workload, and tight deadlines.

Challenging but exciting because I learn a lot.
The good thingsThe team building as team which I like the most. Our manager and our team are so supportive to each other. The company itself on how they treat their employees. The unforgettable experience for me was,I am able to learn and understand the process how sell a property and what is Real Estate mean.
The challengesAt first I am struggling how to find a buyer. But everyday I am learning and excited to learn about the strategy of selling.Qouta was also challenging.

Toxic environment. The managers didn’t check on their new hires. If they are well trained and supported by their trainer/supervisor. The supervisor had favoritism and not considerate. One sided opinions. When it comes to training they don’t focus on thé learning. More on quantity over quality. Employees Morale are not valued.
The good thingsThe events for employees to have work life balance.
    The challengesDifficult supervisor and colleagues
