I had a positive experience with a supportive team, despite the heavy workload and high quotas.
The good thingsThe working environment, colleagues, supervisors, and managers are all very kind, supportive, and understanding, which makes the workload much more manageable. The quarterly themed days help employees unwind and relieve stress, and it’s clear that the company genuinely cares about its people. I truly enjoyed my time working here.
The challengesThe main challenges are the higher quotas, heavy workload, and tight deadlines.

Challenging but exciting because I learn a lot.
The good thingsThe team building as team which I like the most. Our manager and our team are so supportive to each other. The company itself on how they treat their employees. The unforgettable experience for me was,I am able to learn and understand the process how sell a property and what is Real Estate mean.
The challengesAt first I am struggling how to find a buyer. But everyday I am learning and excited to learn about the strategy of selling.Qouta was also challenging.

Toxic environment. The managers didn’t check on their new hires. If they are well trained and supported by their trainer/supervisor. The supervisor had favoritism and not considerate. One sided opinions. When it comes to training they don’t focus on thé learning. More on quantity over quality. Employees Morale are not valued.
The good thingsThe events for employees to have work life balance.
    The challengesDifficult supervisor and colleagues

Best experience, but it depends with your co-workers
The good thingsThe environment we create. My manager is very supportive and concern of our performance. He led us with heart.
The challengesThe quota. Sometimes the head of the sales, I am lucky because my manager is very considerate.

    Low salary and benefits
The good thingsfriendly coworkers, Work life balance, stressful at first when it terms of work, however you'll get used of it with your everyday/daily basis experience.
The challengesThey will hire a new one instead of promotions. Quantity is more important that quality of work, they rather hire new employee than promote a good performer employees, Irate clients, low salary and benefits. Training and exam during your tenure that never helps the quality of works, waste of time. Low promotions system

The good thingsCamaraderie and bonus incentives, the company provides good compensation packages and fair treatment to its staff at most times. This is also a valuable working experience since it exposes you to various groups of individuals.

    Good Quality Training
The good thingsWhat I liked with Empire East is that the training is good! They conduct seminars and training on a regular basis. The trainers are very motivational and approachable. When it comes to the actual work, well... it will depend on the sales team that you will be assigned. I was lucky to be with a very supportive team! I learned a lot from Empire East in terms of travelling, prospecting clients, generating leads online via ads and social media, the proper attire and attitude when meeting clients and many more. I recommend this company for entry level applicants who want to build a career with Sales.
The challengesSelling Empire East projects vs. SMDC, Ayala projects, DMCI, etc. Sometimes, the customer service is unreachable via phone.
