    Being able to work in Security Industry is a challenging one.
    The good thingsOne of some experience working in Security industry is that you can meet different interesting people that can share knowledge on how to deal with people in different culture how to interact with them without compromising Security Procedure.
    The challengesDuring my tenure in this company the challenges I've encountered was the availability of Security equipment for the security to be able to put the standard or should I say the advanced knowledge and capabilities of each member of the security like for example we do not have an Security Xray Machine,Advance training offered by the company is very few and I think if that things will be available for for Security team it will boost their morale and capabilities.

    The good thingsThe owner of the agency always there to here the voice of the security personnel. Together with his wife the President of the agency were celebrating mass with the security guards in their respective Detachment or area of deployment. They treated their employees as their family. The organic personnel of the agency are all approachable and very accommodating.
    The challengesI have no bad experience at EMME Security Group in my 5 years in the company. My first 3 years in the agency i was an officer of Greenbelt and was promoted as Area Manager. The challenge for me today is to share every knowledge and skills that have learned. And to share to the people under my watch the personnel management as the agency owners have share. HAPPY - Pray/Adjust/Pray/Pleas and Yield.
