    One of the good traits of the company is the culture.
    The good thingsThe Management is true to their core values. "Malasaki" not only with the projects but also to their employees. Aside from this they are approachable and understanding.
    The challengesJust like other companies, there are challenges in ELS but the management can address them once you open it up.
