    The good thingsThe Management is true to their core values. "Malasaki" not only with the projects but also to their employees. Aside from this they are approachable and understanding.

    The challengesI can't enumerate because I believe that challenges are learning opportunities. I also believe that if an engineer wants to grow on his chosen field, he should embrace every changes he encounters while doing the job with integrity.
