    The company offers competitive benefits, a supportive HR team, and approachable leaders, making employees feel welcome. However, occasional micromanagement and minor power interruptions at the office are challenges, though these issues are generally manageable.
    The good thingsThe company offers competitive benefits compared to other local firms. The HR team is very supportive, and I’ve felt genuinely welcomed since my first day. Both the COO and CEO are approachable and proactive in staying involved with what’s happening in the company.
    The challengesAt times, management can be a bit hands-on in overseeing tasks, but this also shows their dedication to ensuring quality work. The office occasionally experiences brief power interruptions about once every two weeks, but thanks to the generator, these are quickly resolved and have minimal impact on operations.
