    Not a good company to worknot good to work there because of the owner's/ceo's style and a culture where there was a pressure to attend his weekly parties in his office on friday because we feared to be singled out if we cannot join. ètoo much politics ongoing and Hr manager do not help. good things includes free breakfast once a week and the chance to meet customers

    My experience wasn't excellent because the system isn't stable.
    The good thingsFree food was offered every first and last Friday, but due to the new HR, it was limited to one Friday night every month.
    The challengesFirst, the system is not good because every 3 months the heads of the department resign. A contract is not aligned with the actual working environment. They are more focused on a new employee rather than old employees, especially in salary. Distribution of work if not organized.

    1. Leadership Style -Micromanagement and gaslighting, making employees feel inadequate. -CEO creates a culture of fear, employees feel disposable. 2. Employee Experience -High turnover due to stress and burnout -Favoritism some employees are given preferential treatment others are scapegoat. 3. Company Culture -A toxic atmosphere where people are afraid to speak up. -Backstabbing and office politics encouraged by CEO to keep employees divided. -No clear direction - goals shift based on CEO's whims rather than a structured strategy. 4. Reputation & Performance -Legal trouble from wrongful termination lawsuits. -Business partners notice CEO's disturbing behavior 5. Survival Tactics -Employees quit quickly - Low morale and disengaged due to CEO's worsening behavior.

    The challengesA company with a narcissistic CEO resulting to high turnover due to toxic work environment characterized by instability and fear.

    I felt that my time and expertise was not properly utilized effectively at this company. Because of stressful politics inside the company.
    The good thingsFew valuable experiences with few professional workmates.
    The challengesWorking with incompetent employees. The politics inside the workplace is very rampant. There are no standard policies when reprimanding violations of employees. "Palakasan" system is very rampant. NO or LACK of clear and consistent policies, which sometimes made it difficult to ensure smooth operation.

    The good thingsNot everyday is walking in the park. Sometimes we struggle but at the end of the day, everyone is helping and fixing all problems in corporate.
    The challengesThe unexpected daily events in the office. There are times that I can't understand what's going on but at the end someone will help me to complete the missing details. We are helpful in different ways.
