Great, if not the best company....
The good thingsIts a French company... all staff are professional, well experienced, courteous and goal oriented. You can feel almost immediately your importance, from directors, managers to client to everyone... they all have a deep sense of purpose... all are supportive and will back you up anyway they can in front of a client, even during meetings.
And yes.... the salary is good, higher than most local company
The challengesIn Engineering designs, you better be competent and know well your work. Your manager or director does not mind what you do, does not even care how you spend your time. But when the time comes to meet the client, you better be prepared.
There is not much of a standard work flow in this company, boss it seems doesn't even have the idea of how and what you are doing. Nevertheless, they always let you know they are there when you needed them
