    Poor Administration Processes
    The good thingsGood salary. The development team is great.
    The challengesThey should apply documentation process in the back office. Proper management of people's needs. Show willingness to improve on the processes plus hear what the employees needs and negotiate altogether. Managers should always open their ears to know their people's opinions. Alignment and strict policies should be implemented.
