It was always fun working with my colleagues in the Customer Service Department.The good thingsThe company offers excellent training for newbies. Working hours are also very flexible which only 8 hours per shift. Downside you need to work during weekends and holidays.
The challengesCompensation was always an issue especially when you ask those staff who's been working for years and still getting the the same salary. Hopefully they could improve that so employees won't think of leaving the company.
