Good opportunities for growth but Lacking Employee Benefits
The good thingsThe company gives a good learning experience in the outsourcing industry. It has established procedures and workflow that is efficiently executed in the service line. I love how employees and colleagues are approachable and very nice to each other.
The challengesBeing in the "service" outsourcing industry, generally, the company lacks program and facilities to maintain employees' welfare and being. I hope the HR would make effort in pushing the management to increase the vacation and sick leave benefits, as well as the de minimis benefits. It's engaged in the service industry after all and employees should be taken cared of. The company should consider allocating a budget to improve its facilities - the pantry and a common area where employees could relax, and take a nap during their break. The management should make their goal prevent employees taking their nap on the carpeted floor of the building's lobby by improving the facilities. This would definitely increase employee retention, boost productivity and improve work well-being of an employee. It is an investment rather than cost.

Working in eData is a good experience, I learned specially working using excel.
The good thingsLearning to used excel. The top management are very accomodating. Easy to approach every person from small to top management. Management also provide trainings for the new staff and old staff as needed.
The challengesExcel is very new to me when I entered the company. All I know at first was basic excel only. I've learned how to used short cuts using keyboard. Reading formula also is a challenge for me. But one thing I cant do is that I cant create formula from the scratch.

It was always fun working with my colleagues in the Customer Service Department.
The good thingsThe company offers excellent training for newbies. Working hours are also very flexible which only 8 hours per shift. Downside you need to work during weekends and holidays.
The challengesCompensation was always an issue especially when you ask those staff who's been working for years and still getting the the same salary. Hopefully they could improve that so employees won't think of leaving the company.

    Good to Start
The good thingsI got to learn a lot through trainings and co-worker's experiences. This company is great to start off when you are a fresh graduate and also don't have a license yet for those interested in the medical field. The salary for me is not that bad as this was my first job.
The challengesShifting schedules; Leaves are hard to get approved by the management; Limited scribes for you to get a secondary scribe therefore, break times are later than usual; Demanding clients for some; Unappreciated/Under appreciated.

The good thingsI love that they have helped me all throughout my career and that they have become my inspiration to work harder. I also love that they have believed in me, and this made me more motivated to lead the group I was in. I honestly miss my group because I treated them not only as my coworkers but a family. I am happy that I became part of this company.
The challengesThe job I had in there was very challenging. Yes, it made me feel like giving up, but it made me improve more. Without these kind of challenges, I do not know if I will be like this; I became stronger and skillful. I cannot say much because, basically, this company became the base of my career. Difficult situations, for me now, are just helping me to become the person I want to be.

The good thingsI enjoyed going to work because of the friends that I met.
The challengesThey should learn how to take care of the good employees better. I have seen a lot of good employees leave the company because they felt unappreciated and underpaid.
