The challengesIf you've no exp in lead generation or cold-calling, don't go here. I thought coz I had 4 years of warm calling I was good enough.
If your ISP is just fiber at 30 Mbps, don't expect to succeed. It will LAG. The main CRM and dialer app requires BIG bandwidth.
You are expected to know how to hard sell but you can't dream to speak to any company with more than 2 branches. Residential and chains are off limits.
I made a few sales but I am not sure if I'm gonna make any more so my employment is at risk (sigh) but it's my fault for not being more experienced than I am. I wish they'd just have a better dialer system.
Training info and setting of expectations are totally different from sales floor.
It doesn't make sense and the pressure is really high (you have to make 3 sales on the first 10 days) but training said you only need 2 for the next 60 days including the ones from training.
I'm writing this coz I lost more than 10 batchmates due to poor training/coaching.
