    I would love to continue working for this company solely because of the people and the environment, but no promotions just feel like they do not value employees enough.
    The good thingsManagement is good, teammates are always friendly and professional, mostly everyone is helpful. I would only recommend this company if you really need "okay" pay.
    The challengesYou'll feel like a robot after years of doing the same thing, without anything changing at all. There are some slight changes over the years, but nothing significant. You also don't get promoted.

    The good thingsWhat I like the most is the culture and the company's core values.
    The challengesHandling multiple chats at a time with only 3 minutes hold time for each customer.

    I'm with ECE for 4 years now as chat support. The company is good.
    The good thingsFree foods, 4 days work and 3 days off. Above minimum salary. If you are looking for a career growth, you are eligible regardless if you are new or tenured. As long as you don't have any issues such as absenteeism, nte's etc, you can apply a position.
    The challengesShifting schedule (e.g start of shift is at midnight local), transportation, updates are changing every now and then (for the account I am currently working), metrics are not agent-friendly, the tool, the number of chats you are working at the same time are barely manageable (one of the reasons why some decided to resigned) Stressful coz you have to deal with irate and entitled customers every shift :D

    It's really good to work in the company. For the short time of working here, I enjoy a lot since my work schedule is 4days duty and 3 days off. I can really manage my day off.

    Payroll personnel are very slow.

    The challengesThey are not clear in providing details about the spiff they offer when we render overtime and there is a big question about the pay.

    They don’t care about their employees.
    The good thingsPay is good. We have three days off. High incentives and cool teammates.
    The challengesDuring this quarantine period, they temporarily close the account that I’m working with and doesn’t care about us, we felt being left hanging by the company. They don’t even ask how are we coping up with the quarantine. No update at all. We cared so much about the account and we were able to establish it to another level but no recognition at all. Sad it ended up like this. I used to like this so much.

    Best BPO for Non Voice
    The good thingsBest Company I have worked so far. 3 days off, 4x Monthly pay out and a free meal gives you perks that you don't usually get from other BPO Companies. HR and Management are friendly and treat you as a family and respect you as an employee. Keep it up and long live.

    Good salary. Management is okay.
    The good thingsEasy account. Good salary. Appraisal. Incentives. Achievable metrics. Christmas bonus which is different from 13th month pay. Management is pro-employee. Can eat on workstation. Can bring bags inside the production. No favoritism.

    Not just a company but a family
    The good thingsTreats each other as family. Client's and the Bosses usually spend time to go to Philippines to visit the company and check on employees. Very considerate. Growing with accounts and projects which enhances multi-tasking skills. Pays off well for a non-voice account. Plenty of opportunity for career development. Flexibile schedule for working students, like me, for parents who need work and time for their kids.
