If you are looking for a career growth, you are eligible regardless if you are new or tenured. As long as you don't have any issues such as absenteeism, nte's etc, you can apply a position.
The challengesShifting schedule (e.g start of shift is at midnight local), transportation, updates are changing every now and then (for the account I am currently working), metrics are not agent-friendly, the tool, the number of chats you are working at the same time are barely manageable (one of the reasons why some decided to resigned)
Stressful coz you have to deal with irate and entitled customers every shift :D
