As a general policy, the Company is not using the “ad valorem method” of computing the passage/cargo rates, but “tariff rates” which is attuned to the needs of the sub-ports it is servicing.● Enhance operational viability with a bigger accommodation for roll-on, roll-off cargoes and better passenger accomodation at a lesser operating cost using newer and more efficient vessels.● Free the existing smaller and older vessels for redeployment to the other sub-ports.
