It's Our RoleThe good thingsThe working environment is stimulating and I always had opportunity to enhance my skills and improve my decision-making skills. I am happy to be with professionals and felt fulfilling whenever there were new activities to try and new people to meet. Our programs were helpful and I realized that government really had its ways of providing the people its needs.
The challengesThe hospital could have done better in ensuring that not only the qualified individuals were hired but also motivated employees were retained. It is challenging to learn the duties and responsibilities on one's job description but it is much more challenging to do something beyond those. Work ethics of the Filipinos were positive and it is shown by the majority of workers at the hospital.
