The good thingsISO standard compliant, have a very good social contract that being imposed on every employee and do the right thing always. Make the employees informed of the current situation in time. When things goes bad management really shows that they are doing the best to make it better for everyone when possible.
The challengesAlthough it varries for every project held, the HR personel would be better if the one who shows and can feel that every individual in the company is as im portant with all the others. Better trainings of personnel can be achieved if given adequate seperate time.
