The good thingsGot to learn a lot of things about bpo industry. I've improved my skills and abilities especially in speaking english fluently. High pay with right benefits given.
The challengesThere are no rest day. Nonstop working days. Nonstop dialing, they only give breakfast break. 12 hours duty straight. Start at 12am and it ends on 12pm.
