    TRAUMATIC
    The good things- Company Provides a very promising commission that will really attracts you to work hard just to hit your target monthly. - My Team Lead and Senior Team lead always make sure that we have all the assistance we need.
    The challenges- Inconsistent Quota, they always change this depending on the company higher-ups - Management HA.HA.HA. - Product, some companies may only opt-in offering some additional products but here its mandatory and some cases sales may not go through just because customer did not add the additnl product

    Very Stressful environment
    The good thingsThey give high compensation so it attracts more great travel consultants or csr to apply. This is the company where you can earn more as long as you reach the PIP.
    The challengesThe changes in the process are every week and it is not very healthy. Customer service should stay as customer service and should not do any Sales to attract customers. To get a high Salary you have to reach the following 0 QA mistakes, 100% survey, 100% CES and 80% for tenured and 70% for newbies. It is very tiring as you need to stay more hours to reach the target and not all customers would like to proceed and give you feedback. I hate as well that the Director never acknowledges the effort so we can prove ourselves. Well, money matters anyway
