    The challengesOne of the challenges I’ve observed is managing workload during peak periods. While teamwork helps, it would be great to have better workload distribution or clearer prioritization to maintain efficiency and avoid burnout.

    The good things1. Harmony and equality among colleagues. 2. With year-end thanksgiving party. With yearly bonus. 3. With internal hiring for vacant positions. 4. Fast-paced environment; continual business improvement.
    The challenges1. No work-life balance specially for office staff; working until Saturday and working even on regular holidays. 2. Limited and outdated office equipment (strict policy on requisition of new office equipment). 3. No trainings provided for office staff (SAP system) 4. No salary increase (despite several years of service) 5. No team-building opportunities 6. Inadequate healthcare benefits (limited services only)

    The good thingsI experienced many good things at Dyna Drug like for example all the Bosses are kind and have good hearts. The benefits are good and the sacrifices and dedication to work are worth it.
    The challengesThe most challenges for me were when I was coming home from work in Laguna every day. Then when there is a problem with the system.
