The challengesOne of the challenges I’ve observed is managing workload during peak periods. While teamwork helps, it would be great to have better workload distribution or clearer prioritization to maintain efficiency and avoid burnout.

The challengesThe most challenges for me were when I was coming home from work in Laguna every day. Then when there is a problem with the system.

The challengesYou need to have initiative because no one will supervise you at the area to fulfill your task. Traveling everyday was a big risk because no body knows what will happened. There's a lot of circumstances that will lose your life like vehicular accident or others.
