    This company have a nice incentive package with HMO including dependents
    The good thingsThe boss in this company is very supportive to the concerns of their employees and they are very professional. There has been a positive change with regards to the Incentive package starting this year.
    The challengesChallenges while working with the company this Pandemic is that, even if I am not mobilize I was able to hit my YTD Target even if I formally started to work last Feb 2021. Furthermore, I was able to developed some new accounts in my assigned territory and hit the numbers set by my company.

    Its been my privileged working in this company, for trusting me with their ISO 17025 accreditation.
    The good thingsI was able to learn new things especially in management area and of course I was able to know something about analysis needed in Pharmaceutical Industry. Being part of an organization who's commitment is to provide a high quality of pharmaceutical products that uplift the life of the Filipino people is a high privilege. For me being able to meet such businessman whom is dedicated in such wonderful advocacy is what makes my job worthwile taking.
    The challengesSince its my first job, I have to make a huge amount of effort to double time in coping on what this company needs. I have to study things like ISO and other things I don't about. But I am confident that despite of being inexperienced I have made a great effort in achieving those things that I don't have at first and I know I have acquired those things as of now.
