    Upper management needs to coordinate more.
    The good thingsGood thing I was part of a great team who can work together.
    The challengesToo much work hours for a day. 10hours and 36 minutes everyday is very draining. No overtime pay, no career growth, and no recognition for your hard work. (expired shampoo and conditioner will be given though). Minimal amount of leaves (5 sick leaves and 5 vacation leaves), and no proper communication across the entire company with a small number of employees.

    I have a good life, and it got even better when I joined DK as it helped me grow and explore things I didn't expect to get into. I can say that I have a work-life balance now
    The good thingsThe management is open to training needs. Willing to invest in employees' education. Office-based personnel are well-disciplined. We have employee engagement every month, which makes everyone more excited to come to work.
