    The good thingsGood thing I was part of a great team who can work together.
    The challengesToo much work hours for a day. 10hours and 36 minutes everyday is very draining. No overtime pay, no career growth, and no recognition for your hard work. (expired shampoo and conditioner will be given though). Minimal amount of leaves (5 sick leaves and 5 vacation leaves), and no proper communication across the entire company with a small number of employees.

    Good workplace environment, tolerable salary and benefits.
    The good thingsCo-workers are very approachable and collaborative. Unlike other companies most of the people are not toxic. The bosses are very kind to an extent and they are very welcoming and humble.
    The challengesIt's good that they have a flexi-schedule but the 48-hour work hours is a bit too much and unfair especially to the employees who doesn't work in the warehouse. Benefits and salary package is tolerable but can still improve. The location of the office is sketchy, either you come in with a car or a bike. Walking to the office location from the gate of the Industrial Park would take more than 15 minutes. If you're an entry-level employee, this company is good for your career establishment. Allocations for the brand ambassadors should not be the main job of the Community Managers. I hope the management will be more open to a Hybrid work set-up.

You can learned new things that can contribute to your career growth. And the Company give the benefits as much as they can provide to employees.
    The challengesWarehouse and Office is far from the main road. Most of the time you need to walk (15-20 minutes).
