The good thingsTheir payroll is good and very responsive, they offer trainings like lean six sigma in a wfh setup and sometimes they give meal allowance, basic salary is average but the overall salary package is better than other company
The challengesNo incentives like prod bonus, Christmas basket etc, no budget for yearend party and raffle. poor management, low increments(possible no increase at all) high attrition rate due to toxic environment and poor benefits like HMO(you have to pay half the price for your dependent)office location is new but not accessible to public transport, despite of pandemic, management will force you to report to office eventhough processes are stable and can be operated at home, this company likes to acquire new businesses so brace yourself for process migration and redundancy as they dont really care whether you’re tenured or a good performer
