    They don't give thier employee an incentives.
    The good thingsThe work place is and comfortable.I enjoy my work even sometimes I feel disappointed because the customer attitude but I can handle it and solve thier problems.
    The challengesI didn't enjoy working here because the company didn't give extra allowance or incentives that the employees will inspired to work everyday.
