    The good thingsLearn a lot about Sanitation and Hygiene for Processing Plants Expand our market in the field of food and beverage by opening of new accounts and new applications to exixting accounts. We have additional business for some auxiliary equipments inside the processing plants such as boilers,cooling towers and water treatment plants.
    The challengesI act as a sales person but in the absence of our service technician, I substitute him and do his Job as to evaluate, audit and calibrate our equipments from the assigned Food and Beverage Plants.

    The good thingsMany opportunities for learning- the company has budget for trainings both for soft skills and technical trainings. Some employees are even sent to other countries for training Very good in taking care of its employees- Employee engagement on company initiated activities are high. Some Employee related activities also includes family members like Christmas Party, Family day. Competitive pay
    The challengesDisciplining employees- the management is afraid of labor cases and opt to pay employees to leave the company than to pursue with termination with due process.
