I feel valued from day one.
The good thingsI really like the chance to grow, good pay, benefits, and having a good balance between work and life
The challengesIn my experience, what matters most is how a company responds to challenges, and I've been fortunate to work in environments where solutions arise quickly through collaboration.

Amazing team. With opportunities for career growth!
The good thingsI genuinely enjoy being part of Frontline. The people here are approachable, friendly, and truly care about employee well-being. The supportive work culture makes a big difference—it’s collaborative, positive, and motivating. I also appreciate the benefits, especially the HMO.
The challengesChallenges are part of life—we just have to turn them into learning experiences. Overall, it’s a great environment to grow and feel valued.

Great working hours but no career growth and not so pro-employee
The good thingsThe clients are great. Work is tedious but tolerable. Good HMO benefits. Platinum health card. No overtime. 30 mins paid lunch break so you only work for exactly 8 hrs (7.5 work + .5 lunch)
The challengesThe clients are great but the company is not. We are deprived of a competitive salary No professional growth. Culture is very robotic. Work is routinary. HR and Admin are unprofessional. Pantry is too small for more than a hundred employees. It can only fit at least 10 people so you just eat your meals on your workstation. Microwaves, water dispensers, toaster are not being cleaned at all. Unsanitary!

    Great place to work
The good thingsWorking hours are perfect and the management are helpful and approachable. You can find growth at this company as long as you show initiative.
The challengesThe company's standards are quite high but this challenge is more of an advantage to the employee because it pushes you to do more and bring out your best.

Very fun working environment, can be challenging
The good things- i work in the afternoon shift (UK Time, so about 3:30 pm - 11:30pm) that being said traffic jams can be minimal (my travel time is greatly reduced compared to my previous employer). So that means i can budget more time for myself - friendly HR, IT and Admin staff to support you. - engaging and fun company events
The challenges- Even an average english speaker can survive, but it might get some time before you can get used to your clients' varied accents

    Frontline in the front line
The good thingsreal work-life balance; you are treated as a family and not just an employee; friendly, young, and dynamic staff; management is on their toes to give everyone the best work environment as possible; encouraging staff to be productive and at the same time, to be friendly and to have fun; management's honesty and trying to involve everyone in the \"running\" of the business
The challengesprobably more venue for staff to interact since not many clients have big teams
