I feel valued from day one.
The good thingsI really like the chance to grow, good pay, benefits, and having a good balance between work and life
The challengesIn my experience, what matters most is how a company responds to challenges, and I've been fortunate to work in environments where solutions arise quickly through collaboration.

Amazing team. With opportunities for career growth!
The good thingsI genuinely enjoy being part of Frontline. The people here are approachable, friendly, and truly care about employee well-being. The supportive work culture makes a big difference—it’s collaborative, positive, and motivating. I also appreciate the benefits, especially the HMO.
The challengesChallenges are part of life—we just have to turn them into learning experiences. Overall, it’s a great environment to grow and feel valued.

    BPO that promotes work-life balance
The good thingsThey promote work-life balance and responds quickly to concerns of their employees. I have a very good experience with my client, they really care about you. they have provided us trainings and provided us monthly team allowance.
The challengesThe benefits are not very attractive, they only offer monthly salary plus the mandatory government contributions (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, tax remittance and 13th month). They follow also the retirement plan based on the Philippine law - not attractive at all. You're lucky if the client provides you additional allowances such as monthly team lunch subsidy.

Wonderful Frontline. Full of Opportunities. Work-life Balance at its Finest
The good thingsWorking in Frontline Accounting/Diane Pendle was one of the most fulfilling times of my career. Their culture was the best that I've experienced and you will feel like you're at home. My journey with Frontline was eye-opening in a good way, and could not have it any other way...
The challengesChallenges that I have experienced firsthand would be trusting too much of my own colleagues. But the overall experience would be up to you and how you will handle the challenges that come your way.

    A good company overall
The good thingsWork-life balance. Salary meets what competitors are paying. Amount of work is just right and is meaningful. Internal support team is nice and competent. Managers/superiors provide a safe space to learn and make mistakes.
The challengesThe office space itself seems a bit dull.

Great working hours but no career growth and not so pro-employee
The good thingsThe clients are great. Work is tedious but tolerable. Good HMO benefits. Platinum health card. No overtime. 30 mins paid lunch break so you only work for exactly 8 hrs (7.5 work + .5 lunch)
The challengesThe clients are great but the company is not. We are deprived of a competitive salary No professional growth. Culture is very robotic. Work is routinary. HR and Admin are unprofessional. Pantry is too small for more than a hundred employees. It can only fit at least 10 people so you just eat your meals on your workstation. Microwaves, water dispensers, toaster are not being cleaned at all. Unsanitary!

    GREAT COMPANY CULTURE
The good thingsIt's such a pleasure going to work everyday surrounded by such amazing people and being part of a great company culture. The recruitment team definitely know how to pick the very best people, which contributes to a working environment that makes going to work a pleasant experience. Our CEO can be seen going around the office and striking up conversations, asking the staff how they're doing. There is such a refreshing transparency, as we are all informed of any significant changes and goings on in the company. You'd really feel valued as an individual, not just as another cog in the machine. The work itself is varied and challenging, although I do believe that is something that depends on your client. For me personally, I do a variety of jobs that challenge me and help me grow as a professional. I'm always learning and applying these new knowledge to my work everyday, and I do feel like I am genuinely contributing. Professionally, it's fulfilling. Oh also, have I mentioned that there's rarely any overtime? And if there is, 30 minutes is already long for me! Hands down the best company I've had the pleasure to work for so far.
The challengesSince the company is fairly \"new\" (it's only been around for less than 5 years), it's still kind o finding its legs with certain things such as company policies and such.

    There is work-life balance but..
The good thingsThere is work-life balance. Light-mood work environment.
The challengesSalary is not competitive. The company has no professional/career development program for its employees. No separation pay benefit so it is not advisable to stay long with the company.

    Legit Work/Life Balance
The good thingsFirstly, I'm happy working with my teammates and that we get along really well whether inside or outside of the office. The company's environment is very different to what I was used to with the local office setting. Very friendly and approachable management as well as fellow employees. The opportunities for training with our bosses in Australia/UK are really great since it helps us more than our work but also for us being able to establish a good working relationship with our colleagues too. Also, very grateful for our management who are doing their best in everything. :)
The challengesIt's just the elevators for the office building.

    Working with family!
The good thingsI am well satisfied with my job. Aside from gaining knowledge and improving my working abilities, I can feel that I was able to help the team and the company which is my main goal. Also, here are the other reasons of why I can say that I am well satisfied with my job. First, well balanced life, I can spend time with my loved ones. Second, I feel appreciated and I enjoy my jobs and tasks. Third, scope of work really challenges me, even if some of the jobs were recurring I never feel tired or get fed up from them unlike on my previous work.
The challengesI think the most challenging part of working on BPO company is the language barrier, because there were some words that might be in a different interpretation to the client. But that everything sort out in here, we make sure that we have a good writing and oral understanding in every situation. The best thing about in here is that, we were able to talk about it, figure it out and do something about it.

    Approachable people/management
The good thingsI felt their warm welcome when I first started here. They will never make you feel that you're a newbie. Management has established a good welfare for their employees, approachable, kind and fair clients. working here creates a real work-life balance.
The challengestalking in English everyday, which is a good thing to exercise your English vocabulary :D primarily, the building location; not enough rooms for comfort room, poor elevator service.

Friendly environment that I even forgot I was working
The good thingsOne of the good thing working here is being able to have a new friend and I enjoyed my work as well as the timings of our shift as it was not on the \"hassle\" time because of traffic. The company also give priorities to their employees.
The challengesThe challenges working here is that you need to prove yourself for the work role and afterwards give you reward for doing great!

Very fun working environment, can be challenging
The good things- i work in the afternoon shift (UK Time, so about 3:30 pm - 11:30pm) that being said traffic jams can be minimal (my travel time is greatly reduced compared to my previous employer). So that means i can budget more time for myself - friendly HR, IT and Admin staff to support you. - engaging and fun company events
The challenges- Even an average english speaker can survive, but it might get some time before you can get used to your clients' varied accents
