The challengesDDCP had faced countless struggles in the past that are now being corrected, and I appreciate that the company is keen to make the necessary adjustments. But these adjustments and improvements are very challenging and require lots of patience, self accountability and continuous communication. "If we wish for rain, we have to prepare for the mud too." Rebuilding the company's former glory is the main challenge. The gradual re-expansion, establishing maintenance processes and systems, and increasing operational capabilities to support the development will surely pay off.

    Approachable workmates and team.

The challengesThe job I've been doing on-site is very different from what was initially offered by the company, minimal to none. It mostly involves working with ERP systems. There's no clear organizational structure within the company, which leads to blurred boundaries between different departments. Management, particularly the operational manager, is incompetent; even responsibilities that should be theirs are often delegated to lower-level workers which lead to overload of works and questionable job tasks. Overall, the company's management is disastrous, and the lengthy, convoluted transaction processes raise serious questions.
