My work & life balance is easily managed because it is organized.
The good thingsEasy to grow as a professional individual.
The challengesThe hurdles would be the slight changes in environment but could easily adapt.

    Good stepping stone company
The good thingsThe good things are the people you work with especially if they are at your age level and they made it bearable and enduring. Good food during breaks. As for the work stuff, it's easier to get things done so you have your own leisure time after hustling.
    The challengesThe challenges are the following: 1) Delays of salary; 2) Micromanaging of bosses; 3) Critics are uttered publicly not in private, which made it demotivating to work especially if you are JO; 4) Office politics; 5) Underappreciated;

    I loved working with DOTr.
The good thingsProject Managers are taking the welfare of the staff seriously especially during the pandemic. Teams are the smartest people I know. Great opportunities always await and always available.
The challengesThe only downside of this office is the salary delayed which lasts up to 3 to 4 months max. The reason I didn't renew my contract with them. The job, the people, the environment weren't exhausting AT ALL. The management and the system are.

It was good and fun at the same time.
The good thingsWhat I've enjoyed the most is that I've learned to maximize and unleash my potentials regarding in working as a government internship trainee and on how to interact with my other colleagues. I have learned lot of things in this program.
The challengesThe challenges that I have been experienced are how I candle situations that I am no familiar of and on how I can maximize my potentials regarding to the tasks that is given to me. Also, on how I can interact with my fellow government internship trainee and on how I can handle myself by having a good and excellent performance.

    Great learning environment
The good thingsThe work environment here is great. I am able to learn a lot and utilise my knowledge in the field of work I have chosen. There is a lot of growth in the company, and the people involved are truly committed to their work and the public.
The challengesYou really have to give it your best and be committed in the process.

Many good people to meet and there are opportunities to learn, but so does other agencies or companies.
The good thingsIf you know how to respect yourself, you can work 8-5. Sometimes, working on weekdays or after office hours can't be avoided, but if it's for the general public, it's worth it. Most of the supervisors respect work-life balance. Unless, of course, you're working directly for officials.
The challengesChallenges - just your everyday challenges when working for the government: politics, tight (sometimes impossible) deadlines you need to beat, high stress. This agency needs to improve on many levels, though.

    Good learning experience
The good thingsI've been working to this Department from July 2015 until to this currently day. I find my job a good experience for my future career and it enhance my work experience and personal development. My job covers administrative, clerical and secretarial duties of the Office. My boss always tell me that never be afraid to ask questions and very supportive in my decisions.
The challengesMy most challenging experience/ decision will be the handling of daily schedule of my boss. She is very hands-on to the various committees and programs as the representative of the department related to transportation. And even find time to read books even if she has busy meetings on the day which I admired about her. This challenging experience teaches me to prioritize things in life.

    On the move
The good thingsWorking in the public sector is a fulfilling experience. Though you are not in the fromt line, the thought of you being able to serve the public in your own little way will make you feel awesome.
The challengesA person working in this government office must exercise the principle that a public office is a public trust. Some employee may find it difficult to resist bribes and corruption since what is involved is the public in general.
