I teach to learn by letting the learner enjoy every days lesson and making it memorable. The good thingsAs a teacher, an everyday endeavor with my learners are the best, the shared laughter with them, the shared insights in life and motivating the more to continue their schooling and helping set their goals to be what they want to be in the future is so exciting.
The challengesIn any job that we choose, challenges are part of them, in my field the challenges that i met are dealing to those difficult learners who just went to school just to scape the boredom at home, since they will be the one who seeks attention, so I should find ways to catches their attention to focus more on the lesson and most importantly how I impose discipline inside and outside the classroom setting.
