    Employees stayed longer before than now because of poor management.

    The challengesNo Work life Balance Manager do not respect the personal time of his subordinates (you get calls even beyond your work hours) It is not just 12 hours work, it is more than that Managers only care about themselves and do not care about the welfare of their subordinates. High employee turnover because of this culture which only shows that there is poor management Office politics ; only those close to the heart of the Heads are promote This company is full of tired and underpaid people who had to work for their families.

    Challenging but unfortunately, I felt my hard work was not compensated properly
    The good thingsI experienced to be assigned in different designated areas with different work loads which helped me as an aspiring employee and lasted me for six years, Also showed my talent when there is one time they needed a singer to present in a company party

    The good thingsUnlimited Pineapple Juice, Freebies, Trainings, Work Facilities, able to work across various department, out-of-office activities such as Conventions, Planning Sessions.
    The challengesPolitics is omnipresent, favorable if you are from Top 3 university(UP, DLSU, Ateneo), seniors tend to discriminate the newbies inside the company, office gossip is high too, bata bata system is still there- you can be promoted even though you havent prove your worth yet you are highly dependable.

    Comfortable and makes me flexible in the field
    The good thingsIt gives a lot of competency for my self that moulding me from who I am now while doing studies because I am a working student but I'm not reasoning it that I cant handle my studies and job.
    The challengesAt this point of course not all of the company hit the excellent communications for all of their subordinates because not all the time merchandisers are not using cellphone inside the work place where they are.
