    Good for starters, broken by LEADERSHIP and POLITICS
    The good thingsSuitable as a short-term entry point for fresh graduates, though best viewed strictly as a stepping stone rather than a long-term career option.
    The challengesWorkplace culture is heavily influenced by internal politics at senior levels, where decisions often appear driven by personal agendas rather than business or operational needs. Many managers demonstrate insufficient leadership training, resulting in inconsistent direction, poor decision-making, and frequent displays of authority without accountability. Promotions are frequently misaligned with competence, which negatively impacts team performance, morale, and overall operational quality. Workflows across multiple departments are poorly structured, creating inefficiencies, confusion, and unnecessary rework. System metrics and performance tracking are extremely weak, limiting transparency, data-driven decisions, and meaningful process improvement. It's a TRAP!!!

    unprofessional. they made us wait for 5hrs only to be sent home because the intrvw has been cancelled. and when u follow it up with them they wont reply. In times of pandemic when they can make an video Interview they will make u come there in person only to be sent home. No feedback when the interview is scheduled.no respect for time of other people. HR s very unprofessional

    The good thingsit is good system by operation by sometimes they have lack of system by management to prepare any paper. For my colleagues it is very well to work each as a team by operation.
    The challengesno matter how disadvantaged the operation is due to the proper and timely arrival of the necessary materials for contractors.
