    The good thingsThe only good thing about working here is they really care for their employees.We work from home most of the time especially during the rainy season.

    Great Work Experience
    The good thingsCompany does not hesitate to support employees in training, certifying, even letting staff level spearhead projects. Was able to go to another country for migration of process (even though I am in staff level only)
    The challengesSometimes they hire leaders that are not really capable of doing the job or passing tasks to the next person. But would always take credit achievement of staff members

    Great People to Work With
    The good thingsunforgettable colleagues, people are great to work with, allowances are great also, average salary but depends on your experience.
    The challengesno system (like software) for the Human Resources with regards to timekeeping, VL and SL, communication challenges, lack of official memorandums, management issues, lack of direction, prioritizing the unnecessary, and lastly, your counterpart seems to look at you as if you're just a paid employee and not really as one who works in the same company but good for you if your lead is pro-people.
