SupervisoryThe good thingsBenefits and the environment is great. Too bad about the salary increase but it is not an IT Company like what I am really looking for so they could not compete on the job offer I got. It has good managers and they think of their people first before the business. They believe that when they handle the employee, the business gets going by itself. This is one of the best company I have seen.
The challengesThe IT Group was small so the task was very hard. I am a programmer but have a supervisory title, so I have the higher position on people in warehouses. The work is easy but as a programmer you wanted change in the softwares as you see a better change. That change I suggested were never permitted by my lead. The business should get going so no hindrance was tolerated even if it is for the better.
