    A good learning experience.
    The good thingsThe people are humble, helpful, fun and professional especially from my department. In terms of office supplies and computer system, the company provides it all. My work also allows me to interact with different department thus I learned a lot. It keeps the boredom away and makes everyday work interesting.
    The challengesThe salary and benefits are not competitive compared to other corporation.

    I have learned alot since I started working here in different aspects of store operation from people, sales, inventory and customer service.
    The good thingsWe have a very open communication which we can directly bring our concerns and ideas to top executive to have immediate solution on the matter. And as a reward to our challenging job we have an incentive trip once a year.
    The challengesReassignment from one place to another in almost every 2-3 years. The company is giving cost of living allowance so you can be able to bring your family but the hardest part is that your children will have to adapt to different culture as well as different dialect.

    Best Learning Environment for House Improvements
    The good thingsKNOWLEDGE. I have gained a lot of ideas on how D.I.Y industry works. What are the necessary products to be used in improving your house/buildings and etc. I also have learned to handle numbers of employees at the same time. The Owner has a HEART for their people.
    The challengesCo-Workers. You have to deal with a lot of plastic people in this company. Lots of Bosses You will no longer know who to follow because they give different errands NO SECURITY OF TENURE Salary is just an average. There's lots of policies being established but are not well implemented. FAVORITISM.

    The good thingsMy attutudes and skills grow with the company. I gain good camaraderie with colleagues, teamwork, having a multi tasking work enhances my time management and flexibility in work. I learned new ideas about things like home improvements, personality and skills development since i encounter new products and i manage and motivated people to be productive.
    The challengesI really enjoy working with the company but my work and family time were not balance and i regret that i have to leave since my children needs care and guidance which made me to resign.
