You'd better see for yourself.The good thingsIn spite and despite of many criticisms and hate in this company, it is at a standstill. I had my first work experience here in 2010. My work experience here made me less afraid to make a difference. Well, this company, helped me know myself better, my value, my potential and capabilities. This was where I developed my self-esteem and confidence. They made me believe in myself that I can be better, only if I maintain positive mindset. I wouldn't be a flight attendant now, if not because of my experience with CECTS. Thank you and more power!
The challengesWell, what I disliked the most was the people.. people who would choose to spew negativity instead of addressing their concerns directly to the individual or management, they would rather get together to gossip and spread negativity across a typically positive workplace. It's insidious and difficult to understand and difficult to control. But, still the company has always manages a foothold. One thing that I would like the company to improve is to refrain from giving a raise to poor contributors and performers.
